Sevyn — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Sevyn Terms of Service. It describes conduct that is prohibited when using the Sevyn Service. We may update it from time to time. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, as described in the Terms.

You may not:

Misuse the Service or its systems.

  • Access or use the Service in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a program we authorize in writing.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (for example, by introducing malware, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive automated requests outside published limits).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts from the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Circumvent usage limits, soft caps, seat limits, or access controls, or share a single user seat among multiple individuals.

Misuse data.

  • Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or personal data without the consents and notices required by law.
  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process special categories of data beyond what the Service is designed for (for example, government identifiers, full payment card numbers, or health information), except where the Service expressly supports it.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that depicts or exploits minors.

Misuse AI features.

  • Use AI Output in a way that misrepresents it as a guarantee, professional certification, or as independently verified by Sevyn.
  • Use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to override the model's safeguards.

Misuse payments and accounts.

  • Use the Service or any platform-facilitated payments for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions, money laundering, or to evade tax or reporting obligations.
  • Connect, or attempt to connect, any bank or financial account (via the optional bank-sync feature) that you do not own or are not authorized to access.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Engage in any business or activity prohibited by our payment processor (Stripe). See the Payment Terms Addendum.

Misuse communications.

  • Send unsolicited bulk or marketing communications through the Service in violation of anti-spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act).

Reporting

To report a violation of this AUP, contact abuse@getsevyn.com.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement. We are not liable for actions we take in good faith to enforce this AUP.
