Draw schedule
A draw schedule sets the milestones at which a contractor can bill for (draw) payment on a job — e.g. at rough-in, drywall, and completion.
Common on residential and lender-financed work, the draw schedule ties each payment to a defined stage of completion. It protects both sides: the owner pays for progress, the contractor gets paid through the job instead of waiting until the end.
